St Mary’s SVP Christmas Appeal 

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are unable to run our Shoebox Appeal to support our local Saint Vincent DePaul. Instead we ask for donations as outlined below by Portglenone SVP Chair Ciaran McDonnell.

‘’Every December, St Mary’s SVP Conference delivers toys, hampers and filled shoeboxes to families who are struggling financially in our local area. 

As a consequence of COVID-19, we are unable to facilitate safely the operation of a toy or shoebox appeal, despite the fact that individuals and families are in more need than ever of this support.

In the light of the current restrictions we are asking people if possible to donate funds via this fund-raising page in replacement of the normal hamper and toy appeals. Donations of all sizes, whether large or small, will be greatly appreciated.

The funds raised will allow the SVP here in Portglenone to purchase local shop and fuel vouchers which will be distributed to families in need to enable them to plan and prepare safely for Christmas.

We guarantee that all money donated via this link will go 100% to people in need in and around Portglenone.
